Frequently Asked Questions about Off the Vine Cellar Club Membership

Q. Can we choose our own mix of wines in our March & September packs?

A. Definitely and we welcome you to customise your pack to your own requirements. You can mix and match the wines, choose a straight dozen or select either the ‘All Seasons’ or ‘Entertaining Made Easy’ dozens.

Q. Can we cancel our membership at any time?
 
A. Membership is required for a minimum of 12 months to qualify for the 20% discount. On completion of your initial 12 month commitment, membership can be cancelled at any time with no penalty or fee. Please notify Two Rivers in writing via letter, fax or an email.

Q. Are all wines discounted?
 
A. All wines are discounted by 20% to club members only. Other products purchased through the Cellar Door are at normal cellar door prices. 

Q. I joined the club outside of the club months of March & September, will this qualify as my next club order?
 
A. No, our data base will automatically generate a shipment for you in the club months of March & September. However, if you purchased a dozen in the month immediately prior to club month, ie. February or August, you can request to withhold from the following month's pack.

Q. Do I have to purchase a dozen bottles of wine to become a member of the Cellar Club?
 
A. Yes, to obtain the 20% discount it must be a minimum of 1 dozen wines. Once you have been registered as a member you are most welcome to take advantage of the discount on purchases smaller than a dozen.

Q. Can anyone else use my membership to receive discounts and benefits?
 
A. No. Membership is only available to the club member/s specified on the membership form at the time of joining. Maximum of 2 people per membership.

Q. What if I don’t have a credit card?
 
A. Payment can be made by other methods such as direct deposit, cheque or money order. Your wine will not be despatched until monies have been cleared.
