A refreshingly clean sparkling wine made in the Blanc de Blanc style. The dry sparkler is very well balanced and a wonderful aperitif.
- Colour
Pale green with pale green hues. The bubbles are small to medium in size with a persistent bead.
- Bouquet
Very clean and refreshing with a lifted fruit bouquet of melony Chardonnay.
- Palate
Lovely clean fresh palate exhibiting obvious Chardonnay fruit which gives the wine structure and weight. The addition of a small parcel of Semillon enhances the acidity making the back palate very refreshing.
